In the flow of life, we are deeply immersed to the extent where we almost forget the amazing things we enjoy in our day to day life. For a second if we closely pay attention to the details of our blessings, life would feel like magic. Just as we get used to the fragrance of our car perfume, we take certain things in life for granted and never embrace its prominence. Say what if we never had someone anticipating our call? What if we were paralysed? There could be much more dreadful scenarios. We hardly embrace the functional body we live in and work relentlessly towards buying more stuff in life, acquiring more wealth. We spend hours together scrolling on Instagram and hardly have a 5-minute meaningful conversation with our beloved ones.
It’s a small world in head
The slightest change in our Earth’s core surface could shatter our existence, a meteor strike can make our species extinct. When we start counting our blessings we would realise that the problems that we perceive don’t matter, for what we have in life is certainly far more than what we don’t have. Feeling grateful about life will give stronger reasons to be happy, it will help us indulge in more significant activities that are soul-satisfying.
The secret behind gratitude
The law of the universe is all about attracting things that we perceive, to attract goodness we need to feel good. By feeling grateful, we are favouring our souls to attract joy and peace in abundance. It might feel difficult initially but eventually, it becomes a lifestyle. The happiest people are those who understand what they have in life and not the ones who worry about the things they don’t have.
